Branch Requirements

  • 3 years experience in the mortgage business
  • Production of 5 loans a month
  • Maintains brick and mortar office
  • Solid Book of Business including new purchase and referral sources
  • Experienced processor either your own W2 employee or contract processing
  • Safe-Act and State licensed
